Workshop on Team Skills-II

The second session on Team Skills was conducted by Mrs Neetha Nataraj, Dean, GSFS, on 12 October 2013. It was attended by the students of the 9 months and the 3 months batches. After a brief recap of the points discussed in the first session of the workshop, we began with a presentation on the various types of personalities and conflicts that characterise a group. 

Following the presentation, all the students took a scientifically proven personality test, to find out their respective personality types. After discussing the results, there was a group activity, which reflected group equations and dynamics. It gave us a glimpse into the ways in which each person contributed to the collective effort of a team. 

We understood the make-up of a team and how each individual affects the team and its functioning.
